FISS exports Bühler Evolution 320 D casting machine from Korea to Germany
FISS has successfully realised the export of a state-of-the-art die casting machine, the Bühler Evolution 320 D with a clamping force of 32,000 kN and a total weight of 210 tons, from Korea to Germany. This project involved several complex steps that required precise planning and realisation.
Firstly, the process began with the dismantling of the machine on site in Korea. Our experienced team ensured that all parts were carefully dismantled and prepared for transport. Each component was precisely catalogued to ensure smooth reassembly in Germany.
The machine was then packed for sea transport. This included customised sea freight packaging, which ensured that the sensitive components were optimally protected during transport. Our packaging specialists used high-quality materials and techniques to guarantee the stability and safety of the machine.
Loading onto the ship was also carried out under strict safety precautions. The fixed and movable clamping plate, cylinder plate and other large components of the dismantled machine were placed on flatracks on a suitable container ship to enable safe and efficient sea transport to Germany. The smaller components were stowed in OT containers. Throughout the journey, our team monitored the conditions and progress in order to be able to respond to any challenges at any time.
After arriving in Germany, the aircraft was transported by land to its final destination. Here, too, great importance was attached to the safe and undamaged arrival. Our specialists ensured that the transport went smoothly.
